How do I listen to the recordings if I don’t buy a keepsake?

Whether people call in on the phone number, upload or email in their recordings, or use a vintage phone, all the recordings end up in your account and the LifeOnRecord service by itself gives you many digital keepsake options to preserve those recordings:

  • For the first year the account is open, you will have access to a special web page and anyone you give the link to can stream the recordings to their phone, tablet, or computer.
  • You can download your recordings from your account page, both as individual MP3’s, or as one long MP3. You can copy those files to a thumb drive, or store them in Google Drive, iCloud, etc.
  • As each recording is left, it will also be emailed to you, along with the sound file. You can create a folder in your email with all the recordings.
  • As part of the service, we archive your recordings into long-term storage after one year. If you ever lose your recordings, we can restore them for you.
