Guests call your toll-free number and leave stories, toasts, and messages from anywhere. Every recording is enhanced for clearer speech and includes an automatic transcript and title. Everything appears in your online portal where you can stream, download, organize, and share your recordings. After one year, recordings are securely archived for safekeeping.

This bundle includes a physical 5x7 sign (if you rented a phone), and tools to more effectively communicate the simple dialing instructions to friends & family who call in from their own phones.

We will provide you with a QR code. When guests scan the code, a personalized message from you will appear on their cell phone. Guests won't need to dial the number themselves - they can just tap on their phones, their phones will dial, and they will hear your introductory greeting. Your guests don't need to download any apps - just scan the QR code

We also provide you with personalized signage PDF's that you can print out and display.

If you rent a vintage phone and purchase the Communication Package, we will also supply you with a 5x7 frosted acrylic sign.

We typically ship your phone the Monday of the week before your event (for weekend events, that’s typically about 11–13 days in advance). After your event, please return the phone within two business days using the pre-paid shipping label and the original box we provide. If you need additional time to receive or send back the phone, just let us know, and we’ll work with you to make alternate arrangements. Please handle the phone and accessories with care; if they’re not returned, returned late, or returned damaged, additional charges may apply.
