We purchased your product for a 90th birthday present for my mother. She is blind and has mild dementia. But the recorded messages were just the perfect gift for her. Hearing the voices and wishes of so many loved ones really hit the mark and lit up her face and her spirits! It was absolutely the perfect gift for her Also it was perfect for her friends and other relatives who are older and also not on social media because they were all familiar with making a phone call and leaving a message. In fact this was a big reason we went with your product rather than other similar products. It fit the abilities of the age group we were working with.
We ran into 2 technical issues. Both of these technical issues were very simply fixed in a brief call to your office. The customer service was EXCELLENT. It’s very nice to so easily get a real person on the phone to ask questions and resolve issues.
